Roast profiling
The roast profile is determined via bean temperature / inlet temperature recipes, which is the ideal way to roast with a fluid bed. Read more here.
Hardware interface
The EMBLA connects to the NORDRE Kapten app on your computer via an ethernet cable. We offer a computer unit and touch screen as an optional product feature.
PID control system
The EMBLA is equipped with a state-of-the-art PID control system that regulates the inlet temperature through controlling inflow of hot air and fresh air into the roasting chamber simultaneously.
Physical dimensions
The area allocated is less than 2 square meters and the height is 240cm.
